I wish to share this whether I can get the help that I need from the other freelancers. I have a client that we are so close. He has been with me for more than a year and he does pay well. Unfortunately, there is a strained relationship between us, which actually caused by me to be frank. I have been trying to apologize but he doesn't seem to let go. I don't want to sound too subservient even when I know I am at fault. How can I handle this professionally?
