I want to set up an affiliate program for my membership site but I don't know where to start. I like the idea of members referring others but I'm not sure how to track sales or pay commissions. Can I use special software or manage it myself? I also don't know what commission rate works best. I don't want to lose money, but I want people to stay motivated.
