Point of contact is point of conflict. There is no way there won't be conflict among students, clients and even businessam who are in our group coaching program. There are many things that cause the fight but mostly in this type of setting, clash of interest and different opinions and views are the major causes.

How would you handle it without being biased? Or you don't always meddle into the affairs of your students? Share your thoughts.
 
I want them to feel like they can speak up and be heard. Then, I help them find stuff they agree on and focus on the goal we all want. Sometimes, I get them to come up with solutions together, which helps them work as a team. I also remind them to be patient and try to see things from the other person's side. I try to keep things positive, so conflicts turn into chances to learn and grow.
 
When there is an issue between and among them, there is a platform where they can air their opinions. They can call me text me or use another platform to reach out to me. Besides, I can appoint the class representative to be monitoring the activities of the students.

I try to keep things chill and open. I let everyone share their side without interrupting and make sure I really get what they're saying.
