There are many things that cause the fight but mostly in this type of setting, clash of interest and different opinions and views are the major causes.

When handling conflicts among students in a coaching program, it's essential to prioritize open communication, empathy, and fairness. Identifying the root cause of issues, promoting mutual understanding, and encouraging collaborative problem-solving can help resolve conflicts effectively. Setting clear guidelines, enforcing consequences when necessary, and emphasizing respect and teamwork from the beginning are crucial in maintaining a harmonious learning environment for all participants.
