Point of contact is point of conflict. There is no way there won't be a little form of conflict among workers that are working on the same place. When this happens, a business owner must know how to get this resolved in order to get the matter escalated.

There are different ways by which this can be done. What matters is the efficiency of the method used in getting this resolved. What do you think?
 
Conflicts between workers are pretty normal, especially when people work closely together. The key is to address issues early before they grow bigger. Listening to both sides calmly and making sure everyone feels heard usually helps a lot. It's also important to stay neutral and focus on finding a solution rather than assigning blame. Sometimes setting clear rules or expectations can prevent the same conflict from happening again. Overall, handling conflicts with fairness and patience not only resolves the issue but also helps maintain a better and more productive work environment.
 
I try to keep things simple and relaxed. I talk to everyone involved one-on-one first so they can vent and explain what's going on without pressure. Most of the time, people just want to feel heard. After that, I bring them together and we talk it out calmly. I focus on what actually caused the problem and how we can fix it. I remind everyone that we're on the same team and need to keep things respectful. We agree on a solution that works for everyone
 
It is not a bad thing that conflicts happens among the workers. But when this happens, there should be ways by which these are settled. You can organize fact finding committee to investigate the course and then settle the issue amicably without blaming one party at the expense of the other.
 
Then I get everyone talking openly so they can say what's bugging them and figure out what's really going on. Usually, we try to find a middle ground or agree on how to handle things better. I also remind the team that we're all on the same side and need to work together. After that, I check back in later to make sure things are smooth and no hard feelings are left.
 
Knowing the issues is the goal. Learn how to let the two parties realize fighting or showing indifference is bad. Let them know that it is not a good thing to be fighting in the business as it will hinder the success. Then try to settle what may cause the issue.
 
Business owners that want to get his business improved needs to be taking training of his children so serious. It is always better to make use of trained workers. The training can be done internally or it can be done by the experts in the field as well. Just to enhance the workers.
