Hourly contracts on Upwork usually mean you get paid for every hour you work. Some clients want to put a limit on these hours so they do not spend more than their budget. This can be a bit confusing because you want to finish the work but the time is limited. I feel it is better to discuss the workload before you start the project. How do you decide on your hourly rate when a client sets a strict limit? Does it change your work speed?
