Keeping communication open with regular updates and focusing on brand-building benefits makes stakeholders feel more comfortable.
 
It's always a challenge when clients want fast results from something that naturally takes time. I think it's better to set the tone early. Be clear from the start that native ads work more like brand building than direct sales. Showing them small wins along the way, like engagement or click-through improvements, keeps them interested. When they can see movement, even if it's slow, they stay patient and understand the bigger picture better.
