How do you negotiate with a client when they want 'unlimited revisions'?

If you get to meet with a client that is asking you for unlimited revisions, you need to make sure they you handle this with serious caution. Most of the times, it is always better to understand that such a client doesn't know and tsurt you at all. It is in your best interest to start building trust rather than starting allowing unlimited revisions. What do you think about this?
