Hi everyone,
I've recently had a few clients who seem to have unrealistic expectations. They ask for more than what's feasible in the time frame or budget. I'm not sure how to handle this without upsetting them or damaging the working relationship.
How do you navigate situations where clients expect too much? How do you set boundaries while still maintaining a good rapport with the client? Should I be more assertive upfront, or is there a way to communicate that manages their expectations without causing friction?
I'd love to hear your strategies or experiences
