It is really frustrating when a client wants to check every small thing you do while you are working on their project. This habit usually shows that they do not trust your skills or they are just very afraid of making mistakes. When someone watches you too closely, it makes it hard to be creative or finish your tasks on time. I feel that setting clear boundaries from the start might help fix this issue. How do you deal with a boss who wants to control everything?
