How do you manage creative approvals when working with multiple stakeholders?
 
I usually figure out who needs to sign off on what and when, so nothing falls through the cracks. I keep everyone updated with a shared timeline or tracker and give some context with each draft so people get why things are done a certain way. Setting deadlines upfront helps avoid endless back-and-forth, and I try to collect feedback in one place instead of getting a million conflicting notes. I stay flexible when compromises are needed, but make sure the main idea doesn't get lost.
