I try to take care of basics first because if I'm running on empty, everyone can tell. I also remind myself not to overreact to every little thing. Stuff will go wrong, and that's fine. Staying calm helps keep everyone else calm too. Having a loose plan makes things way easier, since confusion can kill the vibe fast. I focus on being present, listening, and setting the tone I want others to follow. If I'm relaxed and steady, the group usually picks up on that
