For some reasons, that is not flimsy, if your students miss your class, how would you handle it? It is not a gain saying concluding that no one always like retaking missed class. The stress, the efforts and other factors make it not really worthwhile.

How do you handle it? Do you count it as a loss on the part of student that missed the class, or no matter what, you would still redo the class?

If someone misses a class in my group coaching, no worries at all. We've got recordings they can watch whenever they have time, so they don't miss out. I also tell them to hit me up if they have any questions or want to chat about what they missed. Plus, the group usually helps each other out by sharing notes or tips. It's all about keeping things chill and easy so there's no stress if life gets in the way.

Most coaches always get their sessions recorded. This means the students that miss the classes can easily go to the recorded part to get their missed classes covered. However, when they don't understand some parts, they can easily inform the coach to put them through on the part.

Recording sessions is a great way to ensure that students who miss a class can catch up at their convenience. It also allows them to review the material if needed. Encouraging open communication for clarifications or questions is key in ensuring that all students benefit from the coaching program, regardless of missed classes. It sounds like you have a good system in place to support your students in their learning journey.

Apart from recording and posting on social media, there is nothing bad in giving them course materials to be helping them personally. This course material can be revisited. A coach should as well give them some audience in case they ask questions on what they don't really understand.

There should be genuine reason for the missed classes. Even with that, the students or the clients should only be given access to check the recording session on the platform. This will let him have access to the missed classes rather. It may difficult for retaking except it is an individual based class.

Apart from recording, coaches may decide to have course materials where students can have access to. With this, students that missed a class can easily read it up by himself. Or a coach can give them scheme of work by which the students can study all by themselves if they missed the class or at their will.

If you miss a class in the group coaching program, no worries! We record every session, so you can watch it later. I also share any notes, slides, or resources so you won't miss out. If there were exercises or homework, you can still do them and get feedback. Plus, the group chat is always open. The main thing is just to keep moving forward. It's great to see such proactive measures in place! Providing course materials for self-study and giving access to recorded sessions are excellent solutions for students who miss classes. It's wonderful to offer support for understanding through Q&A sessions or dedicated one-on-one time if needed.

Most coaches in a way to ensure discipline always make sure that they don't tolerate clients or students that didn't inform them before taking breaks of their classes. It is always better for clients as well to seek permission before they will decide not to come for the coaching program

Communication is indeed key in maintaining a strong coach-client relationship. Encouraging clients to inform you in advance if they need to miss a class can help in managing expectations and ensuring a smoother coaching experience for everyone involved. This way, both parties can work together towards a mutually beneficial arrangement that respects the program's structure and the clients' needs.

We usually record the session or send a quick recap so you can catch up whenever you've got time. You can also message us or the group if something doesn't make sense, and we'll break it down for you. Sometimes we even share notes so you don't have to start from scratch. Life happens, so we don't make a big deal out of missing a class. Just jump back in when you can and keep going.
