In a situation when there is no much impact on the effort of the influencers, especially when they are not converting their audience, there may be a need to analyse the cause by starting with the demographic analysis first. The brands can even ask the influencers to try another contents and use different CTAs.

If at the end of this, there is no much change, there may be a need to end the partnership with such an influencer.
 
If an influencer's audience doesn't convert, first check if their followers match your target market. Sometimes influencers have large audiences that aren't interested in your product. Consider adjusting your campaign, changing the offer, or testing a different influencer. Track results with unique links or codes so you know exactly who converts. It's better to work with a smaller but highly relevant audience than a large but unengaged one.
 
I just zoom out and figure out what went wrong. First thing I ask is: were we actually talking to the right people, or did it just look good on paper? Sometimes the vibe fits, but the audience isn't really in buying mode. Then I look at the content. Was it natural? Did it clearly say why someone should care? A weak call-to-action can tank results fast. I also check the landing page and offer, because even great traffic won't save a confusing checkout. If I still see potential, I'll tweak the angle and test again
 
How you handle influencer partnership when their audience doesn't convert largely depends on the kind of agreement you guys before the contract begins. There are always terms and conditions which both parties agreed to. It is obvious that you might not be subscribing to such person the next time but your payment and others will be as agreed
