Ask How do you handle different experience level among the participants in a group coaching?

Clients, business owners, to cap them together, students would surely have different experience levels. There will be some that have ideas of the topics are all about while there are some that the topics would be strange to, in all the class


How should a coach handle this without any issue? Setting different time for these set of people, after they might have been segmented, would be a better idea.

People come in with different levels of experience, so I let the more experienced ones share what they know and help explain things in a simple way. For beginners, I give more guidance and make sure they're not overwhelmed. I also use activities where everyone can join in, no matter their level. Sometimes I mix people up so they can learn from each other too. I check in often to see how everyone's doing and adjust if needed.
