There is nothing bad in your clients requesting for calls. But it may become unbearable when it becomes incessant. You need to make sure that you explain to the clients that you have other things that you want to do. And make sure that you are polite in saying this. Calling on phone may truly save time and make the decision made quickly but it prevents the freelancers from doing something else again. What do you think?
