There are projects where everything starts well, the scope is clear, the deadline is set, and then the client becomes unreachable at a critical point. This can stall the entire project and make it hard to plan anything else around it. I think this is one of the more frustrating situations because the delay is not caused by the freelancer. What do you include in your agreements to protect yourself when a client goes quiet mid-project, and how do you follow up without affecting the professional relationship?
