Employees are faced with different aspirations. They have different goals they wish to achieve. Some of them, unfortunately, get caught along the line, and could not really achieve some of these goals.

This most of the times is because they are faced with different aspirations, which may give them difficulty in choosing the right one. It is a the function of an effective coach to help them streamline their options for them to choose the right ones.
 
It'd be so much easier if everything was in one spot. Clients could book sessions, check their progress, and hit me up anytime without having to dig through a bunch of apps. I could even throw in reminders, quick tips, or motivational notes to keep them going. Honestly, it would make things way smoother for both me and them. I'm not sure when I'll start working on it, but it's definitely something I want to make happen soon.
