Freelance can be very tough and highly competitive. One of the things I experience is price war among other freelancers. Some freelancer deliberately lower the price of the services so that they will be able to make more sales and these aspect some of us that charge premium price.

It's understandable to feel the pressure of competition, especially when some freelancers engage in price undercutting to win over clients. However, it's important to remember that competing solely on price often leads to a race to the bottom, compromising your value and sustainability in the long run.

Here are some strategies you can implement to differentiate yourself and retain your clients:

1. **Focus on Value:** Instead of lowering your prices, emphasize the value you provide to your clients. Highlight your expertise, quality of work, reliability, and great customer service. Clients are often willing to pay more for a higher quality service.

2. **Build Relationships:** Establish strong relationships with your clients by maintaining open communication, delivering exceptional results, and going the extra mile. Clients are more likely to stay loyal if they feel understood, valued, and supported.
