I've been running native ad campaigns for some time, and I'm a bit confused about which KPIs really show success. I've tracked clicks, impressions, and conversions on most campaigns. I also looked at engagement metrics like time spent and shares to get a fuller picture.

Sometimes the numbers don't line up the way I expect. A campaign with high clicks doesn't always lead to sales, and some ads with lower engagement seem to build brand interest. I've tried comparing different metrics across campaigns to understand what matters most.

How do you decide which KPIs truly reflect success for your native ad campaigns?
 
When I'm figuring out which KPIs matter for native ads, I just think about what the whole point is—like getting clicks, making people notice the brand, or actually selling stuff. If I want clicks, I watch click-through rates. If it's more about people seeing and liking the brand, I look at impressions or engagement. Sometimes, I check how long folks stick around or if they do anything after clicking.
