Brands can hardly avoid trolls or negative comments on social media. Fortunately, brands that want to thrive only succeeded under fire. This means brands should know how well they can handle troll comments.

It is advisable to handle this professionally. Addresses each comment in the public, where other audience can have access to it. Apart from this, brands should learn how to hide or delete some comments that can incite others. What do you think?

Most of the time, they're just bored and looking for a reaction. If I see a dumb or annoying comment, I usually scroll past it and move on. If it's rude or straight-up hateful, I block or report without replying. No point wasting energy on people who just want drama. Sometimes I'll reply calmly if it feels like a real discussion, but that's rare. I also remind myself that strangers online don't actually know me, so their opinions don't really matter. Keeping my feed positive and drama-free helps a lot.

Honestly, I don't take trolls personally anymore. Once I learned that trolls are often bored or angry people, it got easier. I set clear rules for my page and stick to them. If someone crosses the line, I remove the comment or block them. No long talks, no drama. I focus on creating good content and engaging with people who add value. Trolls fade away when they don't get attention.

Here's my answer that might sound a bit offbeat but bear with me.

When you're faced with bigger challenges the smaller ones fade into the background. For an instance, if you've fractured your leg the pimple on your face or your hair falling out suddenly feels irrelevant.

Adulthood is no stranger to constant problems. If you're an adult claiming there's nothing to deal with you're probably just overlooking something. There's always something whether it's career, finances, relationships, or health. These are the issues that truly deserve your attention and energy, not petty online trolls.

A lot of them are just looking for attention or trying to get you annoyed, so if you clap back, you're basically giving them what they want. Best move most of the time is just ignore and keep scrolling. If someone is being really annoying or toxic, just block or mute them and move on with your life. No need to stress over random people online. Also don't take stuff personally, because most trolls don't even know you. If it gets serious or really nasty, report it.
