There are different clients that coaches would meet. There are some that are not trainable. They find fault and act as if narcissist. Then look for imperfections instead of learning new ideas. These set of people always find it difficult to get another ideas. They believe in their own even when they know that their ideas are not working.

If you were to be a coach, how would you deal with this set of clients?
 
I usually start by really listening to what they want and figuring out what perfect actually means to them. Then I help them focus on what really matters instead of sweating the small stuff. Keeping them updated along the way helps avoid endless revisions, and I try to set realistic timelines so things don't drag. Being understanding but firm usually works as showing them we're on top of it makes them feel heard without slowing the project down.
