Sometimes a buyer will click the buy button by mistake or change their mind just a few minutes after the order starts. This is very annoying because even a quick cancellation can stay on your record and make your stats look bad for a long time. It feels like the seller is being punished for something that was not even their fault at all. When this happens to you, do you just accept the request or do you try to talk the buyer out of it?
