I remember launching a native ad campaign without using any discounts or promos.

I thought focusing on the product's value would be enough. I created ads highlighting features and benefits instead. The clicks came in but conversions didn't follow like I hoped.

I also tried storytelling in the ads to connect with the audience. I have some engagement improved but sales stayed flat. I've tested different headlines and images too but no big changes yet.

Has anyone else run native ads without promos? How did you make them work? I'd love to hear your experiences.
