People are the most difficult people to deal with while running a business. The difficult may come from the fact that people don't have the same behaviour, making it difficult to get controlled. However, in dealing with workers, it is a must manager know that there won't be total cooperation among them. For this, they need to be treated equally and with equity to reduce enmity.

It's more about keeping everyone on the same page. You explain what needs to get done, set clear goals, and then let people do their thing. Checking in once in a while helps make sure things are moving along, and giving feedback keeps things honest. It also helps to show appreciation when someone does a good job, because people work better when they feel noticed. Having basic rules is important, but they shouldn't feel super strict.

I make sure everyone knows what they're supposed to do and when it's due. Checking in now and then helps me see how things are going without hovering. I like to give people some freedom to do their work, which keeps them motivated. Tools like project apps make it easy to stay organized. If problems pop up, I handle them quickly but fairly. And I make sure to give praise when it's deserved.

There should be a standard rules and codes of conduct that will be regulating the conducts of the workers. There should be enforcement of these laws. In fact, government should find a way of putting punishement in place to ensure that those that don't obey are punished accordingly.
