I'm honestly not sure if I'm doing this right, since most of my followers only know me from what I share online. I put a lot of effort into making my posts look and sound consistent every time. Sometimes people react to my stories, and I always respond because I want everyone to know I'm real. I make it a point to share bits of my experiences and sometimes even mistakes, hoping it makes my feed feel more human.
Every now and then, I highlight real comments and repost things my followers tag me in. When I work with brands, I tell my audience exactly what's going on so nobody feels tricked. I also notice that when I answer questions or show the behind-the-scenes moments, people seem to open up more in my messages.
Is anyone else still figuring out how to build brand trust with followers who've never met them
