People always think superfans come from giveaways every week. I don't agree with this notion at all. What you need to do is to eply to comments first and share behind the scenes sometimes. Make people feel involved instead of talking at them like a billboard. Thats how to make a difference. I've stayed in a community where the owner greeted members personally once in a while and somehow everybody became loyal. It sounds crazy but it truly work wonders to be honest..
