Ask How do you build a strong onboarding sequence for membership sites?

I just launched a membership site but I'm not sure how to welcome new members properly. I want them to feel comfortable and know what to do next. Can I send emails, create a welcome video, or give them a quick tutorial? I don't want them to feel lost or confused. How much information is too much? I also want to keep them engaged so they don't cancel early. If you run a membership site, how do you build a strong onboarding sequence?
