I feel the best way to balance in-house teams and agencies is by dividing tasks based on strengths. My in-house team handles daily posting, replies, and keeping the brand voice consistent. Agencies take care of bigger projects like paid campaigns, analytics, or creative production. This way, both teams work together without stepping on each other, and it keeps campaigns running smoothly while using resources efficiently.
