I'm really struggling to make the standard 9-to-5 grind work for my brain so I'm looking for some advice. As a neurodivergent freelancer my executive dysfunction and time blindness completely wreck my day if I try to use rigid planners.Lately I've been trying to map out my schedule based on my energy spikes rather than fixed clock hours. I also started using visual timers to stop myself from hyperfocusing for six hours straight without eating.
