I feel kind of lost trying to figure out what really keeps customers interested. I thought having good products was enough to get people to stay. Now I notice the way they move around the store seems to affect engagement more than I expected.
I already set up the main pages and added my product listings. I tried grouping items into categories and adding a search bar. I also tested clicking through the pages myself to see how it feels.
Even after all this, I still wonder if I am missing something important. How do intuitive navigation impact early customer engagement on ecom store?
