I have been trying to follow a schedule myself, using alarms and reminders on my phone. Somehow, I still end up missing days or posting at odd times.
I use Canva to make my content and I upload directly to Instagram. Drafting captions ahead seems to help a little. My posts seem to go live whenever I finally remember, though.
