I'm a bit confused about something that seems simple for most people here. I see influencers engaging with their followers constantly, and I wonder how they keep it up. I've started using one of those systems that reply automatically to DMs on Instagram. Sometimes, I read back what gets sent out and worry it sounds a little off.
I've set up a bank of responses and played around with different settings. I also tried adding a few emojis and used their names whenever possible. My messages end up sounding just a little generic, and I wonder if people can tell.
I'm just not sure how others make these automated replies feel natural. How do influencers make sure automated responses still feel personal?
