Ask How do I redirect an entire domain to a collection on my site, instead of the homepage?

I've been trying to set up a redirect but it seems I can't do it through the usual settings like Settings > Domains or Navigation > URL Redirect. If there's a way to do it there that I'm missing, please let me know!

Right now, in the URL redirect section, it asks for something like:
Redirect From: /the-domain
To: https://mysite.com/collection

But I feel like there shouldn't be a forward slash before the domain name in the "Redirect From" field. It's confusing!

After some digging, I found a solution: signing up for a free Cloudflare account. Using Cloudflare's page rules or redirect features seems to be the better way to manage these redirects.

Would love any tips or confirmation if you've dealt with this!

Yeah, Cloudflare is definitely the right move for this. The built-in redirect tools in most site builders don't handle full domain redirects very well, especially if you're sending traffic to a subpath like a collection. With Cloudflare, you can set up a "Forwarding URL" rule that catches all traffic from that domain and points it to your collection in one step. It's fast, clean, and easy to manage later.
