It is saddening when you are given one-star rating. Freelancers don't need to get panic however, they only need to restrategise. They can just reach out to the clients to know the reasons for the rating. They need to be professional while addressing this. Apart from that, they need to start acting on how to build their rating back by embarking with other tasks that can boost their rating. What do you think about this?
