You don't need to wait for a company to have a job opening before you decide to pitch them. You only need to visit the website and check out where you think they may need your help. Highlight all the problems that you have seen. And then proffer solutions to all those problems. You can send cold email to them. You don't need to be spamming them. Just wait till they reply.
