I am feeling a bit confused about understanding what my customers value most. I have been running my online store for a few months and notice that some products get a lot of reviews while others barely get any feedback.
I started reading through all the reviews and noting recurring comments. I also tracked which features or aspects customers mention the most. I tried grouping the feedback by product type and customer concerns to see if any patterns appear.
I am not sure what these reviews really tell me. How do customer reviews provide insights into customer priorities?
