I moved most things online so we could still stay in touch with clients and suppliers. Social media became a lifesaver for keeping people updated and interested in what we were doing. I also looked for ways to cut costs and make things more efficient. Keeping the team motivated was important too, so I checked in with everyone and tried to keep things flexible. Honestly, it was stressful at times, but it pushed me to get creative, use digital tools more, and stay connected

Locked down really changes the way business is done. Some began to focus more on online ways to get their businesses done. They create online communities where they can meet with the people that want their products done. This didn't come so easy, especially because of trust issues

I cut non-urgent expenses and applied for a small relief loan to cover rent. To stay sane, I set a strict morning routine. We tested new products like DIY kits and virtual workshops, which surprisingly took off. I also gave myself permission to slow down and not panic-solve everything.
