I've tested a few upsells on my store using related products. I also added a "customers also bought" section on some product pages. Some people clicked through and made extra purchases while others ignored them completely.
Now I'm wondering if it's just random luck or if there's a smarter way to match products to buyers. How can upsells and cross-sells be personalized on e-commerce store?
