Posts often sound too promotional when they focus only on selling something. Readers usually prefer content that feels like advice or shared experience. A better approach is to explain a problem first, then discuss ideas that can solve it. Using simple language and real examples also helps the message feel natural. When the writing sounds like a normal conversation, people feel more comfortable reading it. Marketing messages can still appear in the post, but they should come naturally within the discussion. What writing methods help posts feel more human?

Then you need to study the behavior of your audience. Ensure that you are writing in the language that they understand. This include making sure that you invoke their emotions. The post should be directed to what exactly they are looking for. This will make them understand it better

The best way is to write like you are explaining something to a friend, not trying to sell. Use simple words, normal sentences, and focus on helping first. If a post sounds like it is only pushing a product, people can feel it quickly and lose trust.

Many writers try too hard to be perfect and end up sounding like a robot. It is better to just get your thoughts down on paper without overthinking the structure. Once you have the main idea, you can tidy it up a bit while keeping the original feeling.

You do not need to be a professional writer to get people to listen to you. In fact, sometimes having a few small mistakes makes you seem more like a real person. As long as your message is clear and helpful, people will appreciate the effort you put in.

If you are using ChatGPT, and want its output to sound like human output, feed a bunch of examples of the sort of human output you want. Like, I've written some 7000 answers on Quora, and I can certainly choose half a dozen of the best ones, paste them one by one into ChatGPT, asking it to briefly respond with a short description of my writing style in the answer, and then ask me the next one.

When you've given it a whole bunch, then tell it to write something else but in that style. You could also give it specific hints like "write casually," or "don't mention that you are an AI language model," or whatever else you think helps.
