It is always important for the freelancers to have their profiles ranked higher. This will make clients see them on the page easily. Getting your profiles ranked is not really a child's play. Ranking first will not matter much if your proposals are copy paste messages that ignore what the client actually asked for. I have noticed clients open a profile from search then immediately close it because the pitch message read generic. Getting seen is only step one, the message still needs to feel written for that specific job.
