Well well. I don't have half the exp or certificates you have but i managed to start my coaching (we are not running now as I figured out i am was not good at one subject which my friend taught and no one was there to replace him)* .

I'll tell you my story:

Total duration i ran my coaching was 4–5 months. Total budget spent Rs 30,000. I was teaching programming to kids and elderly and my friend was teaching Spoken English. I bought my inventory from a dying coaching center for cheap and few things from my office where i am working.
