I decided to check SEO score of my website after the recent Google update which came about early this week. One thing I discover is that the SEO score is very low which is less than 20. I'm looking to improve my keyword score, but I'm not entirely sure how to go about it.

I understand that keyword optimization is important, but what are the best practices to increase my keyword score? Should I focus on keyword density, placement in titles, or something else? I'll be glad if you can also show me the tools that I can use.
