How can I avoid negative reviews from my clients as a freelancer?

While it is possible to reduce the instance of negative reviews from the audience, it is somehow difficult if not impossible for the freelancers not to get negative reviews. Most of the reviews that are negative aren't always true. So freelancers should not preoccupied themselves with that. Apart from that, you can some of the negative reviews to build yourself better by learning more on how to change the negative to positive. What do you think of this?

Make sure you provide high quality services today client. Always ask for positive review with a little bit incentive for them. You can still do all of this and still receive a negative review because there are some clients who are narcissist and there is nothing you can do about it.
