How can freelancers unbanned their locked accounts?

For the fact that Fiverr banned your account doesn't mean that such an account cannot be unbanned. Most times, the affected freelancers only have to mail the support. Freelancers need to be truthful and sound remorseful while asking the platform to unban them. If the freelancers sounds so convincing, then there is a chance for the accounts to be reopened.
