I've been freelancing for a while, but I'm struggling with pricing. As my skills improve and expenses rise, I feel like I should charge more. But I worry that raising my rates will scare away my loyal clients. I don't want to lose the people who have trusted me with their projects.

Should I give them a discount? Should I explain why I'm increasing my prices? Or is it better to introduce new rates only for new clients? I don't want to seem ungrateful, but I also need to grow.
