I want to keep my freelance clients coming back, but I don't know how to reward them. I've heard of loyalty programs, but I have no idea how they work for freelancers. Big companies offer points or discounts, but can a freelancer do something similar?
Should I give discounts for repeat work? Maybe a free service after a certain number of projects? I don't want to undervalue my work, but I also want to show appreciation. I also worry that clients might take advantage of it.
