I'm new to freelancing and still figuring out how to build strong relationships with clients. I've had a few projects, but I'm not sure how to create a lasting connection with my clients. I want them to feel comfortable working with me and to trust that I'll deliver quality work.
I've heard that building rapport is important, but I'm not sure what steps to take to make clients feel valued. Should I focus on communication, follow-ups, or something else entirely?
