I feel stuck trying to figure out this issue. I run a small e-commerce store and I keep facing problems with shipping fragile items.
I already invested in bubble wraps and sturdy boxes. I also asked my supplier to improve packaging before sending products to me. Still, I keep receiving complaints from customers about broken items.
I tried changing the courier once, yet the results did not improve much. Now I am not sure what else I should check. How can e-commerce brands reduce shipping damage rates for fragile items?
