Push notifications are a simple way to remind customers about sales, new products, or stuff they might like. Plus, loyalty programs built into the app give customers a reason to keep coming back.
 
In my opinion, the feature that makes customers feel most appreciated is personalized rewards and offers. When an app remembers what I like and gives me deals or suggestions that actually match my interests, it feels like the business values me as an individual, not just another customer. Simple things like birthday rewards, tailored discounts, or recommendations based on past purchases can build a strong emotional connection and make me more likely to stay loyal to the brand.
